Higher wattage usually means faster charging, but only when the phone, charger and cable all support that speed. A 67 W charger will not always charge every phone at 67 W.
Heat is the main thing to watch
Battery health can reduce faster when the phone becomes too hot regularly. Avoid heavy gaming while charging. Remove thick cases if the phone heats too much.
Should you buy only for fast charging?
Fast charging is useful, but it should not be the only reason to buy a phone. Battery backup, software updates, display and service support are still very important.
